有一颗爱人的心，尚且很有热度，所以乐衷于烹饪，并孜孜不倦地学习探索。每品尝到一口好食物总希望自己也能制作出。这个过程是叫人愉悦的。从食材到成品，精心挑选一一准备。这不像流水作业那么机械化。食物里富有爱心和血肉。看上去有生命力。想做一手好菜，给爱我和我爱的人吃，看他们脸上洋溢出幸福的表情，知足快乐。所有经过手里的食物，抵达体内，有温度有感情。我会做的，别人也能做的出，但因这感情的不同而略有差异，滋味也不同。想到这些，便可以在厨房待上一下午甚至整天。
这不是虚耗，这是生活。
