SUKI:分不清到底是电影本身的吸引，还是配乐。或许，是两者结合的浑然天成真正感动了我。一部没有任何电影技巧的清新小品。不矫情，是褪去浮夸后的本质，贴近生活，打动人心。然而在播放《Once》的时候，突然感到一阵悸动，在这燥热的五月，一切都忙碌盲目地进行着，如此机械化。不假思索被生活吞噬。一阵清醒，耳边是熟悉的曲调，出自The Frames《The Cost》。一直在听的专辑，一支爱尔兰老牌乐队。很好，又一次在电影里结识喜欢的乐队。增添了份对电影的亲近情绪。

故事情节有些老套。获得共鸣是因它过于真实，DV一样的拍摄手法，好像仅是一次对生活的记录。他是一个街头艺人，每天拿着把破旧不堪的guitar唱自己谱的歌曲，赚取微薄的收入维持生计。她是一个已婚女子，只身带着母亲和女儿过着清贫的生活，买不起钢琴，老板好心让她每天在琴行弹一小时。一天他们相遇，志趣相投，彼此欣赏。他们为了梦想走到一起，录制demo。一个临时组建的band，一些毫无录制经验的年轻人，把每件乐器都淋漓尽致地发挥，一气呵成。博得制作人赞许。demo相当成功。他带着damo踏上去London的路，寻找自己的希望与梦想。她和丈夫最终在一起，并且有了自己的钢琴。不动生色，却叫人想要落泪。他们没在一起，没有煽情的结尾。却是如此纯粹，也许爱情不堪一击，美好的友谊才会地久天长。

Even those allergic to musicals may be won over by Once, a tender-hearted Irish romance with songs by Czech Republic–born Markéta Irglová and Frames frontman Glen Hansard. (The film's director, John Carney, actually used to play bass in the group.) The trick here is that Irglová and Hansard also play the leads; because their characters are shown busking, writing music, or rehearsing, the songs are smoothly integrated in the film. The overall acoustic mood won't surprise fans of the Frames--some tracks ("Say It to Me," "When Your Mind's Made Up") have even popped up on the band's albums, though the arrangements are more pared-down here, befitting the scruffy, street-musician setting. Being the lesser-known entity, Irglová feels like a revelation; she sounds a bit like a folkie Björk on "If You Want Me," and her song "The Hill" is downright heartbreaking. Irglová and Hansard had already made the 2006 album The Swell Seasontogether, so their collaboration here feels really organic--they sound particularly good together on the title track, for instance.
